Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may promptly evaluate the issue.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the case of damaged or defective products and only after a store credit has been offered first.
Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards. Any issues with these items will be rectified with the issuance of a store credit.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain proper hygienic standards, we do not accept returns.
